Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker has announced a comprehensive regulatory reform effort intended to develop a world-class system of regulations that ensure the welfare of society while meeting the highest standards for efficiency and predictability.

The regulatory reform initiative will seek to eliminate or revise regulations that are ineffective and impede economic opportunity for the citizens of Massachusetts.

Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM) is supporting the regulatory reform effort by collecting in a single location all the regulations that you and other employers believe could be improved. We will share these reform suggestions with the administration as part of its review.

Please use the space to the right to describe a regulation or regulations that you believe are not currently working well and should be revised as part of the governor’s reform initiative. Including your name and your company name will allow us to contact you for additional information, if necessary, and to keep you updated on the progress of the reform.

Thank you for contributing to this important effort.
